Mercedes Figueroa McCall, Relationship Manager and Senior Vice President, works to develop new client relationships and serves as a community ambassador for Cypress Bank & Trust. Early in her career, Mercedes built a name for herself as the first Hispanic female banking executive in Central Florida and is well-known for her many contributions to the community. She has served in various nonprofit Board of Directors roles, including the first female President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Chair of Orange County Housing Finance Authority, Board member of Jobs Partnership, and founding member and Past Chair of HBIF, now Prospera.

Kym Marks, Relationship Manager and Vice President, has 35 years of experience and professional knowledge building relationships in the banking industry and uses her positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Kym began her banking career in 1987 with Sun Bank of the Treasure Coast, and later continued with United Bank as a Branch Regional Operations Manager.

Maria Rodammer, Senior Commercial Lending Officer and Senior Vice President, utilizes her leadership and customer service abilities to continue to grow Cypress’ presence. With nearly 23 years in the commercial banking industry, Maria is leading the bank’s market expansion throughout Florida and working directly with clients who are seeking solutions for their personal and business banking needs. She is passionate about playing an integral role in the growth of her clients’ businesses. Maria is a committed volunteer for many local charitable and business networking organizations. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems. She is also a graduate of The Florida School of Banking from the University of Florida.

Nick Villamil joins us with a unique perspective on the banking industry, having grown up in a family of small business owners. He understands firsthand the significant role that a strong banking relationship can play in the success of a business, and he is passionate about helping our clients achieve their financial goals and grow their businesses.

Before joining Cypress Bank & Trust, Nick worked at SouthState Bank as a Sales Portfolio Specialist, where he gained invaluable experience collaborating with various teams to meet the banking needs of businesses. This experience has equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in his new role.

Nick is also committed to continuous learning and professional growth. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the Crummer Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rollins College, where he graduated with honors. During his undergraduate years, Nick was a member of the varsity men’s rowing team, demonstrating his time management skills, teamwork, and dedication to delivering results.
