Kelly Waugh

Kelly Waugh serves as a Senior Support Operations professional with Cypress Bank & Trust, bringing extensive experience in trust operations and wealth management. With a strong foundation in operational excellence and client-focused service, she plays a key role in supporting efficient processes and delivering exceptional service to both clients and team members. Kelly’s expertise includes operations management, process improvement, system implementation, training, and troubleshooting, making her a valued resource across the organization.

In addition to her operational experience, Kelly has worked extensively with the Cheetah platform, supporting implementation, training, process consultation, and issue resolution. She is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School Securities Operations program, Accutech University’s ATOP program, and holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys cooking, especially on her Blackstone, and spending time reading on her Kindle. She also enjoys exploring creative hobbies, including building booknook kits and embroidery.
