Carla Flory brings a diverse background in banking, relationship management, operations, sales, and customer service. Prior to joining Cypress Bank & Trust, she held personal banking roles with Wells Fargo and previously worked with Bank of America and Delta Air Lines. Throughout her career, Carla has been passionate about building meaningful relationships, understanding clients’ unique financial goals, and delivering an exceptional service experience.
Originally from Chile, Carla is bilingual in English and Spanish. She earned an Associate Degree from Borough of Manhattan Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brooklyn College. She also holds a Women’s Entrepreneurship Certificate from Cornell University and is a commissioned Notary Public.
Outside of work, Carla enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, and staying active in her community.
