She brings valuable banking experience from her role as a Personal Banker with Wells Fargo, where she worked closely with clients to provide account support, identify financial solutions tailored to their needs, maintain regulatory compliance, and help safeguard client assets through fraud prevention and risk awareness.
Prior to her banking career, Amalia developed a strong foundation in customer service and relationship management through a variety of client-focused roles. Her passion for helping others, combined with her attention to detail and professionalism, enables her to provide thoughtful support to both clients and teammates.
Amalia is trilingual and holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (Japanese) from the University of Florida. She also participated in a study abroad program in Japan, further enriching her appreciation for language and culture.
Outside of work, Amalia enjoys spending time with her cat, Mochi, and exploring opportunities to learn about different cultures and languages.
