Ernesto Duany serves as Technology Specialist, Enterprise Transformation at Cypress, where he helps drive innovation through technology, automation, artificial intelligence, and business systems strategy. In his role, he focuses on identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage technology to support exceptional client and team experiences.
Prior to joining Cypress, Ernesto gained experience in both financial services and technology-focused organizations, including BNY Mellon, where he partnered with teams to improve processes and implement technology solutions that delivered meaningful business results. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
Drawn to Cypress by its strong culture and commitment to ownership, accountability, independent thinking, and teamwork, Ernesto is passionate about helping organizations embrace technology to create better outcomes.
Outside of work, Ernesto enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, reading, and roller skating alongside his Husky, Sky.
