Patrick Dillon serves as Compliance Officer at Cypress Bank & Trust in Palm Beach and brings more than 15 years of experience across finance, operations, and compliance within trust and financial services organizations. He has been with Cypress since 2009 and has held multiple leadership roles supporting the organization’s growth and transformation.
In his current role, Patrick is responsible for strengthening governance and regulatory compliance across the Trust division. He is an active member of the Trust accounting system conversion team for Cheetah, leading updates to Trust Department policies and procedures to align with the new operating environment. He also contributed to revising client onboarding forms to streamline processes and enhance the client experience. Patrick serves on the TADAC, TIC, and New Accounts Committees and is the Chief Compliance Officer of the parent company’s Registered Investment Advisor.
Previously, Patrick served as Chief Operating Officer of the Trust Division and as Chief Financial Officer prior to the launch of the bank. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. His breadth of experience, analytical mindset, and collaborative leadership style make him a trusted resource to colleagues and a valued contributor to Cypress Bank & Trust.
