Michelle Borus serves as Vice President and Controller at Cypress Bank & Trust, a position she has held since joining the organization in April 2021. A Palm Beach County native, Michelle brings more than 28 years of experience in community banking, with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and regulatory reporting.

Known for her deep technical expertise and attention to detail, Michelle plays a critical role in the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and internal reporting. She has also been instrumental in supporting multiple system integrations tied to mergers and acquisitions, helping ensure accuracy, continuity, and compliance throughout periods of growth and change.
