She is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Throughout her career, Kerlyn has worked extensively with complex credit structures, collateral documentation, and regulatory requirements, collaborating closely with lenders, credit officers, attorneys, title companies, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely loan execution.
