Families are demanding more flexibility and control over their estate plans – a trend that we feel will continue to develop. The growth in popularity of bifurcating administrative duty and investment responsibility in revocable and irrevocable trusts has encouraged corporate fiduciaries such as Cypress Trust Company to expand beyond traditional service offerings.
